Computer Graphics Two

DSN1522 -- Building on computer skills learned in Computer Graphics I, students learn to use the advanced and powerful features of Adobe InDesign, such as master pages, style sheets and more. Knowledge of Adobe IIllustrator and Adobe Photoshop is deepened. Upon successful completion of this course, students demonstrate an intermediate level of knowledge in page layout, illustration and photo manipulation software in addition to using a flatbed scanner to acquire line art and continuous tone art. All design projects are planned and produced with commercial printing in mind. Students will understand the importance of proofreading, file management, and job planning.
